Ate a veggie burrito bowl, so brown rice, pinto beans, corn, pico, sour cream, and guacamole. Got sick immediately after finishing my meal, within 30 minutes.

Nausea Post-Chicken Tacos

I had chicken tacos around 830 went to bed about an hour later. Woke up at 4am feeling dizzy and nauseous. I then had several bouts of diarrhea and vomiting.
