Ordered salad bowl with black beans, chicken, grilled onions/peppers, mild sauce (tomatoes), medium sauce, and corn, for lunch. Having the runs last night, throughout the night to this morning. Reporting it in case anyone in area also had similar case.

within 6 hours after eating chicken burrito bowl with salsa, corn, black beans, white rice, lettuce, cheese and tomatoes was feeling nauseous. At 6 hours I was sweating, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pains, chills. Was in bed the next two days until nausea stopped. Went to ER morning…
