Had chicken bowl with white rice, pepper/onion, lettuce and corn, and added vinegarte sauce on 6/22 Saturday, I’ve been having multiple diarrheas and fever.

Chipotle Meal Causes Illness

After 12 hours of eating at Chipotle, I had severe diarrhea, extreme vomiting and fever, Dizziness and fever. Had not eaten anything else.
