Steak Burrito Illness Persists

Went to the restaurant on my lunch break got a burrito with steak. Around 5pm that day I felt bloated and nauseous. Around 4am the following day I had projectile vomit. Since then I have had constant diarrhea . I’m on day 3 and the symptoms have not stopped yet.

Cauliflower Rice Illness Alert

Bowl from there Bowl containing cauliflower rice, black beans, corn salsa with guacamole on the side. Symptoms started 15-30 minutes after the meal with an excruciating headache which progressed to stomach cramps , muscle aches, vomiting and diarrhea that lasted for 24 hours.
