Chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and green salsa.
Left work early due to nausea 2 - 3 hours after having lunch at chipotle. Ended up vomiting 7 - 8 times through the night. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Feb 24 2018 had a burrito bowl about 7pm.At 10 pm I was sick so sick dirrea,vomiting until 2 in the morning.
