Started feeling stomach pain after eating chipotle. Had the veggie bowl but had the salad greens. Added the hot salsa and the medium. Guacamole, cheese, and the regular lettuce at the end. Next day had stomach pain and diarrhea and the following day diarrhea.

Steak burrito for Chipotle in San Jose. Had dinner around 6ish at night was in incredibly stomach pain with diarrhea and vomiting around 2am and continued until around 9am. Then extreme stomach sensitivity and weakness for several hours
