Ate a chicken bowl with cheese and lettuce and rice at 9pm and by midnight to 3am abdominal pain started followed by incessant vomiting and terrible body aches continue into the next day with terrible nausea

Ordered a chicken burrito bowl two days ago, symptoms started the next night after. Had to go to the ER due to nonstop vomiting and inability to keep food or liquids down.

Jalapeño Warning: Vomiting Risk

I ate at the Kent state chipotle near down town Kent. I had a burrito bowl with just rice tomato salsa and corn salsa with some chips. I noticed the jalapeños in the corn salsa looked gross and withered so I picked some of them out. Anyways today I woke up vomiting. Had to miss class.
