My husband and I both got sofritas dishes with white rice, black beans, corn, salsa, lettuce and guacamole. We both were sick within 2 hours of eating, vomiting and diarrhea. Earlier in the day, we had plain oatmeal, and fruit, so we believe it has to be this dish that made us sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
