January 15th- Salad with chicken, tomatoes, corn, black beans, sour cream, little scoop of rice, cheese, and guacamole. Oh and the green sauce.

Quick Onset: Chipotle Illness

Brought food at 5:28pm 2/13/16. Ate at 5:50pm, vomiting by 9pm, diarrhea at 10, symptoms last until the next day at 10pm.
