January 1, 2020. Pork tacos with fajita veggies, sour cream, cheese, lettuce. Started with gas cramps about 4 hours after I ate and then swift onset of vomiting and diarrhea.

I had Lunch at Chipotle on 20th June , I could finish only half and was feeling nauseous. By evening I had body pain and fever . Day 3 felling lil better now but I am sure it was the burrito bowl that resulted in food poisoning
