2020 年 1 月 1 日。猪肉炸玉米饼配 fajita 蔬菜、酸奶油、奶酪、生菜。我吃了大约 4 小时以气体抽筋开始，然后迅速发生呕吐和腹泻。

I had Lunch at Chipotle on 20th June , I could finish only half and was feeling nauseous. By evening I had body pain and fever . Day 3 felling lil better now but I am sure it was the burrito bowl that resulted in food poisoning
