I ate a bag of broccoli florets from here around 6:30pm and then 3hrs later I started feeling nauseous. Around 10pm I started throwing up violently for 2hrs, I finally got some relief from zofran. I believe this broccoli is rotten and gave me food poisoning.

I ate bagged salad (everything but the bagel), from here yesterday. I started having bad stomach pain immediately. Severe stomach pain and cramping all night. Next morning (today) still have abdominal pain plus Nausea, muscle aches, headache.

Organic ground turkey (Fulton family Farms), two times. I ate the ground turkey on two occasions. First Thursday evening 10/22/20 ate the ground turkey and got sick on Friday 10/23. Second ate the ground turkey on 10/28 and got sick later that night and today 10/29 (diarrhea, stomach cramps)

Chicken Sample Cramp Alert

Had a sample of the "chicken patty" and also sample of sausage and mini hot dog. Both of my kids had samples as well. After eating the chicken my stomach began cramping terrribly. Doubled over in pain almost unable to drive home. It's been about two hours, no vomit, diarrhea or fever. Very nauseous.
