I had dinner 2/22/18 at El Barco. By 2:20am, I was awake with severe food poisoning symptoms and was treated at Northwestern Hospital for food poisoning on 2/23/18. I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times, only to be hung up on.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Roodent droppings also in rear utensil washing area and storage: on floor, racks and equipment. Instructed to remove all droppings, sanitize and maintain. Have premises serviced by pest control control company, eliminate rodents. Priority violation:7-38-020(a) citation issued.
