My wife had a salmon poke bowl around 2pm. This is all she ate today. It is now 8pm and she is very sick. Vomiting with nausea, stomach cramps and chills. She eats sushi regularly but this was the first and last time we will buy sushi at HEB.

I purchased the Seafood Boil- shrimp, crab legs, crawfish and potatoes on Saturday May17th. I haven’t been able to keep anything in since approximately 2 hours after consumption .
