- comments: we observed live roaches (15 or more) at rubber gaskets and hinges of the interior of two door reach-in cooler(roaches on both sides of doors) under prep table in the kitchen. On the second floor, we observed over 200 rodent droppings under shelves in the food storage area and behind the bar area.
