I went to McDonalds this morning at 7:30 am and grabbed an Egg McMuffin and a small OJ. I would say about an hour later I felt this heat wave and then came the diarrhea, vomiting, and chills! It wouldn’t stop until about 2 pm that afternoon and even now I am scared to put anything on my stomach.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
