Chicken Salad Illness Alert

On February 26, 2017 I had a chicken salad, with black beans, pico, guacamole, sour cream, black olives and cilantro. I also had chips and chili cheese dip. I was sooo sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
