I ate a turkey cheddar sandwich around 8 PM last night. It was the only meal I ate yesterday. At 4 AM, I was woken up with severe stomach pains. I have had gas, cramping, stomach pain, nausea and diarrhea since. (as of 24 hrs later).

I get the Mac and cheese and every time it gives me stomach cramps and really painful trips to the bathroom. I don’t get any of these issues when I don’t eat Panera.

My mom and I both got diarrhea and nausea after eating the 1/2 chicken Fontega and 1/2 chicken avocado with tomato soup and broccoli soup. We also both had cold tea drinks.

I ordered a tuna salad sandwich 6/16/17. Flavor was slightly different than usual. Felt nauseous 6 hrs later. Next day I had bloody watery diarrhea and excruciating stomach pain. Was forced to call out of work. Even drinking water hurts.
