Steak Sandwich Causes Nausea

Ate the steak sandwich. It tastes funny - like sour and bad. And it smelled like plastic. I though it was the lettuce. I ate it anyway. Then I when out for pasta, and the next morning I threw up two pieces of lettuce.

Broccoli Cheddar Soup Illness

Had the Broccoli cheddar soup and steak and white cheddar panini on 1/4/19 around 7pm. Woke up around 12am with bad chills and sweats, diarrhea, terrible heartburn and nausea. Lasted throughout 1/5/19, could not eat at all on 1/5 and slept most of the day. Starting to feel better on 1/6/19.
