Observed a large container of cooked rice and chicken mix in the walk-in cooler at 46f-48f. Cockroaches were observed crawling along side of 3-compartment sink, wall in pancake prep room and on shelving rack. Instructed to consult pest control as additional services are needed to eliminate activity prior to re-inspection. Priority foundation violation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: noted rear exit door open and not insect proof. Instructed to use a 16 mesh to the inch screen to protect again the entry of insects.
