Subway Meal Causes Illness

I ate 1 six inch pepperoni and marinara with American cheese, jalapeños and tomatoes. Also 1 six inch blt on white bread mayo bacon, lettuce, Tom, spinach, olives, onions, pickles, American cheese. Subway is in the Walmart in Putnam ct.

Ate at 7 pm was vomiting by 11:15pm  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
