Purchased Teva Farms kosher ground beef and Trader Joe’s Tabbouli 9/25. Prepared and ate for dinner 9/25 and within 45 minutes or so I had intense stomach pains followed by nausea. Diarrhea still persists today, 9/27.

Ate around 6pm, their refrigerated clam chowder. Took over an hour to feel anything. Sweaty, fingers feel strange, I feel very strange, but none of the symptoms above. Fortunately, I am home. Picture of the label - see February 21 from N.Y. author. This is the brand.

Organic Pea Soup, My girlfriend, she was only one having the soup. She’s been vomiting third day, she’s been laying down, she’s exhausted and can’t keep any food inside. She started vomiting half an hour after she ate the soup.

Scrambled four eggs that seemed fine and ate them. After I finished, I went to crack one of the eggs for my dog and it was completely rotted. Green/black rancid smell came out. It’s been about 6 hours since I ate the presumed fresh eggs and have started to become very ill.
