Got a hot bar box, chili tofu, the citrus beets/kale, the bell pepper mix & the brussel sprout salad. Worst food poisoning I've ever had, my body rejected food & water for 24 hours after.

Meatballs or Juice? ER Visit

It was either the precooked frozen meatballs I had or Naked juice (I also had pasta and marinara). About an hour after eating, I was throwing up nonstop for hours and had mild diarrhea and ended up in the ER for dehydration.

Lately, every time I eat something from the salad bar or the deli section here, I get nauseous. The last thing I ate that made me sick was a prepared chicken salad wrap.
