I went to this whole foods at around 1pm. Had garlic broccoli, cilantro lime rice, bbq chicken, boiled eggs, mashed potatoes, mixed green salad.
I got home went to bed. Woke up with terrible stomach ache. Threw up twice, and got diareah. Stomach pain persists. this was my only meal today. 6/14/18 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Buy salmon weekly from here. Experienced diarrhea within an hour of consuming, let my dog have a small piece and he threw it up- he’s never thrown up salmon. My husband had a separate piece and he is fine.
