I had a Blueberry muffin on Wednesday afternoon which was pretty old, dry and with a weird taste. On Thursday morning diarrhea, vomiting and stomach cramps starter, today it's Sunday and I keep having the symptoms and this pain all over my belly area. I visit A&E and my GP to confirm. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Had the standard German doner kebab with 3 sauces . Started getting severe stomach cramps the next day. Had to attend the A&E department. I am now on two different antibiotics.
