I ate a McChicken on 6/17. That was the only thing I ate that day. Diarrhea started that day and lasted 9 days. I ended up in the emergency room, dehydrated with uncontrollable diharrea. The ER doc confirmed that campylobacter and C. difficile were active in the area. Several people had been treated in the days prior. I got fluids and was treated with flagyl. The problem cleared up about 3 days after starting the flagyl. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea3 weeks ago •reported by user-hcwp5598
