The inspector also noted that the restaurant’s health permit had expired in February. This was the restaurant’s second consecutive B grade, and it was temporarily shut down last April because of a cockroach infestation.

nausea and upset stomachs within hours of each other. Two of us had extreme vomiting where they could not even keep water down. One of us had a fever of over 102 degrees for over 12 hours. All of us had stomach cramps and body aches.
