It's possible to get food poisoning from supermarket foods and products. The most commonly reported symptoms from Wegmans food poisoning are diarrhea and nausea. Recently Wegmans recalled food bar items over Listeria concerns. Listeria infection symptoms can include headache, stiff neck, and fever.

in it .I washed it but didn’t notice until I eat it and swallow some lettuce leaves I felt something sharp and hard in my mouth and removed it then there was more sharp plastic particles in it.I ate few leaves before I noticed it.I have some discomfort down my esophagus now and something foreign in the back of my throat.These particles very sharp and may cut and perforate my esophagus I m afraid..
