I ate at Chipotle for lunch on Friday. I got violently ill with diarrhea and projectile vomiting Saturday night, which was something I had never experienced before, so I went to the ER.

Almorcé con mi novia el 16 de julio de 2017 en Chipotle 0777 Sterling, VA. En 12 horas, ambos estábamos muy enfermos. Terminé en la sala de emergencias del Hospital Reston a principios del 17 de julio de 2017, y me diagnosticaron gastroenteritis, vómitos, diarrea, dolor abdominal y deshidratación.
