Had a chicken, lettuce, rice, and cheese burrito from chipotle around 8pm last night and by 11:30pm stomach started to feel horrible. Went to the bathroom and vomited. thought it was just a upset stomach but in the morning stomach was horrible and diarrhea occurred.

I had a bowl from chipotle, and 6 hours after eating the bowl (which did contain guacamole) I was vomiting and using the bathroom from 8:00PM until 3:00AM, and felt awful for the 3 days following.

Ate a steak burrito at 730 pm last night ( 2/28). Brown rice, black beans. Lettuce sour cream cheese. Started vomiting at 7:15 am 2/29
