Ayer compré el tazón de arroz con pollo y guacamole alrededor de las 2 pm. Es lo único que he comido en todo el día. Alrededor de las 8 pm comencé a sentirme febril y a las 11 pm tenía una temperatura de 100.4 con calambres estomacales. Mi fiebre bajó esta mañana y los calambres continúan.

Bowl with beef,corn,onions,cheese,sour,guac. Started immediately after eating. Severe diareah and vomiting for 6 hours. Stomach cramps for 2 days after it stopped
