昨天下午 2 点左右我收到了带鳄梨调味酱的鸡肉饭碗。这是我整天唯一吃过的东西。晚上 8 点左右，我开始感到发烧，到了晚上 11 点，我的胃抽筋时体温为 100.4。今天早上我发烧了，抽筋还在继续。

Bowl with beef,corn,onions,cheese,sour,guac. Started immediately after eating. Severe diareah and vomiting for 6 hours. Stomach cramps for 2 days after it stopped
