Shrimp 47. 3f. Product was discarded by manager. Must have cold holding foods at 41. 0f or below. Appx. 13lbs. $35. (cos)(priority 7-38-005)

Instructed to seal all openings and maintain. #58- observed city of chicago food service sanitation manager without the required allergen training. Instructed to meet requirement.
