I ate a chicken sandwich around 730 pm, at 230 am woke up with severe nausea that wouldn't go away...no matter what I did, and diarrhea started shortly after. Dry heaves started shortly after that as well.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre

Ordered a taco and a quesolupa. Felt nauseous after an hour of eating it then 4 hours later I began having severe stomach cramping to the point of almost passing out and diarrhea!
