Had a chicken pesto pizza with white sauce. Didn't eat anything else that evening, and a couple hours after eating at Pie Five, was vomiting and had diarrhea for several hours. About a week ago, 3 coworkers and myself went to taco bar on a Friday and by Saturday night all of us had become very ill. The effects have lasted over a week.
