Got McDonald's at 9pm 2/5/18. Mushroom Swiss add bacon, small fry, large doctor pepper. Approx 945 stomach started to hurt. 10 pm nausea started. 10 pm to now 12pm, 7 explosive bowel movements. Vomited at 11:15pm.

No off taste, no visual clues, meat, both burger and bacon… Ver más

At after 5 PM on Feb 3rd with a Co-Worker small order of Hot Wing. Started feeling nausea around 9 pm. threw up starting at 10 pm and just would not stop lost count around 6 times.
