On Sunday Jan 13 at approximately one pm I ate at the Panera Bread. I ordered the chicken chipotle sandwich. A few hours later I became violently ill. Vomited till I was dry heaving. I bought 3 mcdoubles last night after work and eat them then when to bed. I woke up shortly after with nausea and bad stomic pains.
