On Sunday Jan 13 at approximately one pm I ate at the Panera Bread. I ordered the chicken chipotle sandwich. A few hours later I became violently ill. Vomited till I was dry heaving. I then had diarrhea though out the night. Took two days to get my strength back.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I bought 3 mcdoubles last night after work and eat them then when to bed. I woke up shortly after with nausea and bad stomic pains. Now it's just really bad at the moment trying to find a way to stop it. My burps taste just like a roten mcdouble. Like spoiled meat.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Burping
