6.18.16 about 1pm a chicken tostada salad. I got nausea about 1 Hr after 3 hrs later I can't stop throwing up. The food looked odd I had to stop eating it after a bite into a piece of chicken that was an awful texture and the lettuce was old  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos

Had a 2 piece meal with corn and cole slaw sides also avocado sauce and tomato salsa. After about 2 hours, vomited everything out. Felt better after a few hours and rest. Not positive it was cause, but didn't eat anything else that day (May 31, 2016)  | Síntomas: Vómitos
