I had the chicken avocado wrap with side salad. Terrible intestinal cramping and diarrhea. Did not eat anything else yesterday, so I suspect this was the cause.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps

Had a 2 piece meal with corn and cole slaw sides also avocado sauce and tomato salsa. After about 2 hours, vomited everything out. Felt better after a few hours and rest. Not positive it was cause, but didn't eat anything else that day (May 31, 2016)  | Symptoms: Vomiting
