I ordered 2 kids nugget happy meals with apples, 1 shamrock, and 1 chocolate shake for my 3 & 5 year olds around 2pm. They both started vomiting at 8 pm. Wondering if it could be the apples???  | Síntomas: Vómitos

2 year old daughter had a 6 nugget happy meal 2 Friday’s ago, and had been suffering bad fevers and cramps since. Took her to the hospital and a case of Salmonella was confirmed via stool samples.
