Hice avena fría durante la noche con 1 taza de leche y 1/2 taza de avena arrollada. Añadí 365 marcas de frambuesas rojas congeladas al recipiente y las puse en el refrigerador durante la noche. Went to an event Thursday night, 9/5. The food for the small plates was purchased at this store...I indulged. Friday around 1 pm is when the first diarrhea issues showed face, it’s been an awful weekend in and out of bathroom. 26 times Friday night alone.

I went in to pick up something to eat about 8pm. I had green beans, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, fried tofu and roasted chicken.
