Ordered online yesterday afternoon with a pick up time of 6:30 pm. Ordered a create your own pasta - 1 Cucina Mia of the following:

je suis allé à Olive Garden vers 13h00 et j'ai mangé des raviolis au fromage à la sauce alfredo et j'ai ajouté du brocoli et des poivrons rouges sur le dessus. J'ai aussi mangé de la salade, des bâtonnets de pain et deux boissons. Je ne suis jamais tombé malade ici avant aujourd'hui. J'ai de la diarrhée, des nausées, des crampes d'estomac vraiment graves.

A mangé le 16/07/18. Aliments consommés : salade avec vinaigrette maison, bâtonnets de pain, bâtonnets de mozzarella et créez vos propres pâtes - avec une sauce crémeuse aux champignons et une fritta de poulet. Symptômes de diarrhée et de vomissements quelques heures après. S'est réveillé au milieu de la nuit avec des douleurs à l'estomac entraînant des vomissements.
