- comments: observed all necessary items to follow written procedure not available on site when employees respond to vomitting or diarrheal events. 10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed improper maximum water temperature of 135. 0f at handwashing sink in rear prep area of facility near hot and cold holding unit. Instructed a handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a maximum temperature of 120f through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) no citation issued

- comments: observed hot tcs food(corn) held at improper temperature of 109. 7f. Instructed all hot tcs food must be held at 135f or above. Corrected on site manager voluntarily discarded and denatured food valued at $10 weighing 4lbs. Priority violation 7-38-005 no citation issued

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed boxes stored on milk crates in middle storage closet in lunchroom. Instructed to provide adequate shelving to elevate all food and nonfood items at least six inches off of floor for ease of cleanability.

- comments: observed no cold water pressure at handwashing sink in rear prep area near hot and cold holding unit. Instructed to restore cold water pressure at handwashing sink in rear prep area near hot and cold holding unit and maintain.

52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: unable to verify existence of grease trap installed for three compartment sink. Instructed to install grease trap for three compartment sink so that it shall be located to be easily accessible for cleaning.

- comments: observed dusty ceiling tiles in rear prep area near prep tables and walk in cooler. Instructed to replace all dusty ceiling tiles in rear prep area near prep tables and walk in cooler and maintain.

- comments: observed previous core violation from inspection report #2614138 dated 03/20/2025 not corrected. Instructed to correct. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 no citation issued. Observed vent ceiling tiles above three compartment sink missing. Instructed person in charge to replace and maintain
