J'ai mangé des nachos et un hot dog au stade de baseball Spring Brooke. C'était la seule nourriture consommée toute la journée, à part le petit déjeuner. A mangé vers midi. Je suis rentré chez moi et j'ai commencé à avoir un gaz extrêmement mauvais. À 14 h 30, j'ai eu une diarrhée terrible, des ballonnements, des douleurs abdominales, etc. Pas de nausées ni de frissons. La seule autre chose que j'ai mangée était une barre chocolatée à 9 heures du matin, ce qui n'a eu aucun effet négatif.
