About 930am I ordered a breakfast sub bacon egg and cheese with spinach and tomatoes. I felt nauseous that afternoon and woke up in the night vomiting. Spent the next day vomiting. Then the next 2 days with diarrhea.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

Had a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, chicken, steak, mild and medium salsa, cheese, and lettuce. Ate around 8pm, woke up at 3am throwing up and with severe diarrhea for the next several hours  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
