Right now I just have horrible cramps. I had a salad for lunch and nothing since. Arugula, quinoa, chickpeas, carrots, cabbage, sweet potatoes, and cilantro lime dressing. No bread. Horrible cramps.

the only thing I ate yesterday was the tandoori shrimp and chicken momos and it gave me such bad food poisoning I now have to be hospitalized for extreme dehydration, as the vomiting has not ceased for 18 hours  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, déshydratation

Last night I ate. Small plate restaurant. Ordered the Mushroom Saganaki. Felt ok eating but shortly after meal ended started feeling nauseous & developed very foul-smelling flatulence.

Thought it was because of the "rich" food but within 3-4 hours of meal I was vomiting & "expelling" the… Voir plus
