Ate 3/27 instantly sick overnight. Next day multiple vomiting & diarrhea. Needed two IV bags for nutrients as I cannot eat anything. Fever is currently 101.66.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

Bien que j'aie été assez intelligente pour ne rien acheter/manger ici et que je n'ai souffert d'aucun symptôme, j'ai été plutôt stupéfaite d'entrer et de trouver 2 cafards morts près des salles de repos et d'un comptoir de restauration. Je l'ai signalé au responsable et j'ai quitté le poste en toute hâte. (17/03/19 vers 11h15)  | Symptômes: Nausée

Got two slices of cheese pizza and a soda, looked and tasted off but I was hungry. 6 hours later stomach ache starts, then spent the entire night vomiting up chunks of pizza/water, on the toilet with BAD diarrhea, and my stomach felt like it was going… Voir plus

i can't remember the name of the salad, it had greens , chicken and i believe like wasabi pieces in it? i was the only 1 that ate sad and got sick. ate the salad around 1 pm on Monday 11/19/18 started having diarrhea Tuesday morning and still have it today,  | Symptômes: Fièvre, Diarrhée, Nausée
