J'ai acheté mon sous-marin dans le métro de la station-service sans penser à quoi que ce soit comme je l'avais fait auparavant et j'allais bien. J'ai acheté le sous-marin au thon à 19 h 15, je l'ai mangé à 20 heures et à 21 h, j'ai commencé à me sentir ballonné, gazeux et à 10 h, j'ai commencé à avoir de la diarrhée et à 1 h du matin, j'ai commencé à vomir.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Vomissements, gaz, ballonnements
