Lamb weston super crisp crinkle cut fries, I was the only one since I live alone. Symptoms started within an hour after consuming. I was in so much pain and the vomiting was horrible.

Started feeling sick half way through soft taco on 10/4/19. Ate cheesy gordita crunch and gave my chicken quesadilla to a homeless person outside of the store.
